HERNANDEZ, Biviana. An approach to childhood from 21 st century chilean poetry. Lit. lingüíst. [online]. 2018, n.37, pp.115-136. ISSN 0716-5811. http://dx.doi.org/10.29344/0717621x.37.1374.
The social processes that are taking place in the post-dictatorship neoliberal society have had an influence in the depictions of childhood by 21Ist century Chilean poets. It is against this backdrop that the present article analyzes some of the works by poets Antonio Silva, Felipe Ruiz, Gustavo Barrera and Tamym Maulén, who resort to the historic imaginaries associated to the existence of the idealized figures of the child and the house in order to make a subjectivization of children and childhood.
