The fundamental elements in the planning of this how are its corner location with different levels between streets and the view toward a eucalyptus forest. The dwelling is opened to the north and south with a T-shaped plan and two floors above the site's natural level. The bench that encircles the upper level on its exterior creates seating in the terraces or narrow steps to allow one to circulate and inhabit the perimeter of the house.
