A woman pregnant at 22 weeks, carrier of asymptomatic Wolff _Parkinson_ White syndromes, was admitted with fever, severe respiratory condition, mycarditis, pulmonary edema, prerenal failure, arterial hypertension, proteinuria and fetal hydrops. The association of severe respiratory distress with non-immune fetal hydrops allowed us to think in Parvovirus B-19 infection, confirmed with determination in maternal blood of specific IgM and PCR. Cordocentesis demonstrated by PCR in fetal blood, the presence of Parvovirus B-19. During hospitalization improved the pulmonary distress, myocarditis and hypertension. Fetal hydrops disappear spontaneously. The patient was send home and the cesarean section was done at 38 weeks because the fetus was in breech. The newborn had high levels of IgG anti Parovovirus B-19
