Is after psychotherapy is located as medical instrument that then passes also to psychology, and it must be evaluated. There appear hundreds of them whose results are similar. Its subjective character makes difficult the task. However, most of them have good results, what makes easy the validation of different groups with dissimilar theories and techniques. The psyche, with its different facets, allows different approaches. However, it is imperative to go on researching, with the premise that the concept of improvement is still very debatable, what makes uncertain its evaluation.
