BLANQUICETT, Luis A.; BONFANTE, María C. and ACOSTA-SOLANO, Jairo. Testing Practices from the Software Industry. The ASISTO Platform as a Case Study. Inf. tecnol. [online]. 2018, vol.29, n.1, pp.11-18. ISSN 0718-0764. http://dx.doi.org/10.4067/S0718-07642018000100011.
This article reviews concepts, methodologies and quality standards in software testing processes. The process used to validate and verify the degree of fulfillment of requirements initially raised for the development of the Integrated Platform for the Provision of Services and Health Monitoring Plans in the Work - ASSIST, is presented. The platform was developed by the company SYSNET, within the framework of the competition 709 done by Colciencias in 2015 for a group of four Health Provider Institutions - IPS. This methodology for software testing processes can be considered as a good practice in Software Engineering for the verification and validation of requirements through product testing. This facilitates the development of applications and the quality assurance of the software product.
