Since the enactment of Act 19.705, a new concept was brought into our country within Corporative Law, the so-called corporate governance. Thus, the purpose of this document is to analyse this reformatory movement, to know its fundamental judicial trends and to enhance the legal mechanisms they propose in order to modernise the structure of power distribution of the modern corporation.
