BARAHONA, Elma. Validity Study of the Pedagogical Practices for Creativity Questionnaire (CPPC). Psykhe [online]. 2004, vol.13, n.1, pp.157-174. ISSN 0718-2228. http://dx.doi.org/10.4067/S0718-22282004000100013.
The Creativity Questionnaire for Pedagogical Practices (CPPC), is an instrument designed to measure teachers' perceptions regarding their own pedagogical practices in relation to creativity. It was structured as a self-report scale, consisting of 48 items and it was directed to high school teachers of the Metropolitan Region of Santiago. The validity process involved three types: content validity done by experts, construct validity studies through factorial analysis, and concurrent validity estimated through the Behavioral Index of Teachers Supporting Creativity (CFIndex) by Soh (2000). The reliability was obtained through Cronbach's Alpha method. The theoretical structure of the instrument followed Mena's four principles for creativity (2000a). Limitations of the study and suggestions for future work are discussed.
