Resumen

HIRMAS FERNANDEZ, Emerson. The task of protecting the Family: Discursive Resources and strategies of female action before Justice. Universum [online]. 2014, vol.29, n.2, pp.119-138. ISSN 0718-2376.  http://dx.doi.org/10.4067/S0718-23762014000200009.

This favorable rulings obtained by placing at the center of legal dispute over a collective protection as established and fostered the Civil Code, the family, as opposed to the dereliction of duty of a family member, spouse or partner. As court records seventy sources used interchangeably referred to as "food", "alimony" or "food allowance". Some discursive resources used were legal under the diligent action of justice, judicial protection to the family of male harassment, preservation of family property and the actual payment of pensions paid. The actions of the applicants operated building an essential dilemma that the judge should solve: provide protection through the family law, the core consists of mother and children, or fail to whoever was the core section, the spouse or partner whose conduct was condemned as the anomaly that ruffled the family.

Palabras clave : law duty; Family protection; discursive resources and actions strategies.
