This work proposes a method to analyze data from standardized educational tests using Data Warehouse (DW) and triangulation. To achieve this objective, a conceptual framework of DW was generated which serves as a model to analyze the historical results of standardized tests. The PISA test carried out by the OECD is used as a case study. In addition, the result of the analysis is related through the triangulation with public policies in ​​education in Chile. From an educational point of view, the proposed analyzes show as a result the benefit of the multidimensional analysis and the triangulation that serve to carry out a historical follow-up of the results obtained by various countries in the PISA test. All the above is achieved by establishing a method that allows replicating the process and apply it in different standardized educational tests.
