This research focuses on the cases when the State of Chile has been convicted by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, the scope of the rights that have been infringed, the imposed compensation measures and the state of their fulfillment to, finally, determining the circumstances or factors that have stopped or prevented the complete execution of the decisions given by the Court.
