Abstract

ALVEAR TELLEZ, Julio. Towards a comprehensive concept of economic freedom A paradigm to develop. Estudios constitucionales [online]. 2015, vol.13, n.1, pp.321-372. ISSN 0718-5200.  http://dx.doi.org/10.4067/S0718-52002015000100010.

This paper proposes a comprehensive concept of economic freedom. That right must protect private autonomy and entrepreneurship, considering related social interest requirements, particularly in the case of corporation rights. These requirements are formulated upon two complementary perspectives: the common good standards, and the right itself, that is, considering its foundation, content, purpose, nature and limits.

Keywords : Economic freedom; new comprehensive concept; Corporation rights.
