The article analyzes the effects of the inapplicability ruling and the practical consequences that they generate for the judge of the case, since the legislation to be applied is changed, in the event of a favorable decision. The foregoing, since it is linked by the prohibitive or negative mandate generated by the judgment of the Constitutional Court. To then review how the courts of justice have acted.
