Resumen
PARRA NUNEZ, FRANCISCO. THE HALF CRIMINAL STATUTES OF LIMITATION EFFECTS. Rev. derecho (Concepc.) [online]. 2019, vol.87, n.246, pp.247-285. ISSN 0303-9986. http://dx.doi.org/10.4067/S0718-591X2019000200247.
This paper proposes an interpretation of the half criminal statutes of limitation effects, with emphasis on that the ruling standard of the reduction mandated by art. 103 of the Criminal Code, must be the least or greatest proximity between the moment of the interruption of the criminal statutes of limitation and what is missing to complete it. The above, because of an interpretation from the telos of the so-called “half criminal statutes of limitation”, strongly rooted in the total criminal statutes of limitation.
