This article proposes an analysis about the inherent complexity of the dynamics of human groups, and among them, the interaction within a classroom. It shows how planning strict strategies or absolute improvisation can have terrible consequences for the educational process. Precisely, in the middle ground between complete order and total disorder, maximum complexity could be found, which would allow high-level goals. Finally, we propose the use of computer simulations to estimate the reach that an innovation in classroom interaction could produce.
