The purpose of this study is to determine the variables associated to the development of Burnout on Arica's municipal educational establishment workers. Analyzing the results according to the Burnout statement and diagnose. A non-probabilistic sampling was used because of the availability, this way the sample was constituted with 120 people (71.7% women and 28.3% men; a 30.8 % presented Burnout, a 40% evidenced risk of experiencing it, and 29.2% did not present signs of it). Regression models allow us to explain punctuation for the three Burnout dimensions (according to statement and diagnose) from the variables of the organizational, group, or personal order. Finally, the variables, which fall into the development of the Burnout Syndrome on the sample used, are established.
