This article reports an instance of collective work with teachers and classroom teachers, the "Teachers' Workshop Authors" (TEA), which aims to track the process of building new educational subjectivities that allow to account for the current conditions in which teaching is carried out and propose other ways of being teachers. Throughout the workshop, the teachers problematize on the significance and meanings of their work, by writing stories of their own experiences. On first place, the process and subjectivity of teachers in Chile today is stated. Then some key aspects of the procedures and methodology that guided the inquiry process of the TEA group are exphcited. Finally, the main findings and results sorted out from the analysis of the meetings of the investigatory process are presented.
