Resumen
DE SENA, Angélica y CHAHBENDERIAN, Florencia. Argentina, works?: Some considerations and perspectives of the "Social Income with Labor" Plan. Polis [online]. 2011, vol.10, n.30, pp.77-98. ISSN 0718-6568. http://dx.doi.org/10.4067/S0718-65682011000300004.
In the last decade Argentina implemented a series of social policies called "socio-productive", "socio-labor" and "socio-economic", in order to improve the situation of unemployment or job insecurity of the population. The same can be considered a way of compensation of the effects of exclusion from the current production and accumulation regime. In this context, in 2009 the Plan "Social Income with Labor" was born from the Ministry of Social Development, which aims to create genuine jobs, with equal opportunities, based on organized and community labor, encouraging and promoting social organization of workers, who will be responsible for the development of the initiatives. This article will attempt to analyze these goals from the Plan target account, by reviewing three key concepts: cooperatives, work and inclusion.
