The increased complexity in order to link ethics and governanceis the epistemological ignorance of the unscientific nature of the constructs that tryto make a serious analysis of the activities in which they get involved. In this paperwe investigate the possible ideologizations that dwell in both disciplines, in orderto propose, as an hypothesis, that if we assume the immersion of both in the capitalistdiscourse, they are bended in favor of the first. Only the subversion of the criticalspirit would make possible to overcome individualism, previous acknowledgementof the cultural essence of what is human, in order to, from there, find the links most legitimate possible, which is brought to example with the philosophical wit ofMargalit and Freud.
