When we were preparing the content for this edition we did not know that on February 27, 2010 at 3:34 AM we would experience one of the worst earthquakes in the history of Chile; thousands of families left homeless, hundreds of dead or missing.
Hopefully this autumn and winter we will be able to give shelter to those families that have lost everything and recover something of the tranquility provided by having a few minutes to just do nothing, to leisure, to silence and tranquility, to imagine our future. The covers for the 2010 issues were specially prepared by Roser Bru, noted painter and printer, according to the programmed themes and donated them to our editorial.
We have introduced a new section starting this year: Dialogues 0300TV, where we present interviews with distinguished professionals conducted by a group of young architects led by Felipe de Ferrari and Diego Grass. In this issue the interviewed is Andreas Ruby, distinguished critic and architecture theorist.
Finally, we present our Dossier Técnico ARQ section, led by the architect, Hernán Kirsten, starting this year. Here we present selected products with relevant technical and commercial data, facilitating contact between clients and businesses
